I think you mean WALL-E.
Well... If a comment is all that's needed, I'll leave this comment here then.
I was wondering how well this works. Games programmed for sticks down understand mice, so there has to be some kind of weird conversion to make it feel sort of right. For example, could you do a quick 180 on this just like a normal mouse? I get the feeling that you have to jack the stick sensitivity way up for these to work somewhat.
Did I just see someone mention Majora's Mask? We need more dark Zelda games like it. Majora's Mask has remained my favorite for years because of its time mechanic, variety in gameplay, and the dark atmosphere.
Twilight Princess was a bit of let down when it was released. The world just felt empty and superficial. Didn't help that I always thought there was plenty of game left as I hadn't got magic yet until ended. Essentially I was spoiled by the life th...

People think that the Xbox One is being lynched here, but compared to 2007 and 2008 it is quite tame. The flame wars ignited by people like TheMart and Zhuk were unyielding back then. It didn't help that this was 2 bubble systems ago when it took much less effort to achieve 10 bubbles and it was a simple matter to crush the opposition to 1 bubble. I still miss my 10 bubbles that I actually earned from calm discussion. :'(

Frankly, Xbone might be easier to type than XB1. Going a little meta, XB1 requires too much emphasis on the left hand. You have to use one hand to go all the way from B to 1 (unless you use nonstandard typing conventions). Xbone despite having more characters keeps the fingers alternating a little more and closer to the home row.
Once again laziness is the great determiner of things.
@Godmars290
MKV Enough said.
I remember back when I was looking for a phone two years ago that I found out that the Galaxy S II actually supported MKVs out of the box. Needless to say, that really struck chord in me. Out of all the missing features MKV support, media server connectivity, and backwards compatibility are my most desired. It frustrates me to no end that most tech equipment outside of pcs are quite stupid despite number of "SMART" st...

Buffering on Youtube has been a pain in the ass for years now. Ever since they enabled the block buffering I haven't been able to watch a video from start to finish. Youtube chooses to only load one chunk and until you actually hit the end of that chunk it won't load anything else. The end result is watching videos in 2 minute chunks. I pretty much avoid youtube as much as possible nowadays. The experience is just terrible now.
I feel the same. It's ironic to think about, but the Kinect is limited in potential because of the TV. Interacting with a tiny window just isn't very convincing to many, but when you are able to enter the world with a device like the Oculus Rift having a means to translate your physical movement becomes a boon for the acceptance of the Kinect. Despite that the Kinect has one flaw (it's not really its fault), you still move in the real world. Hence we have things like the Virtu...
lol. I instinctively ignored this post right when I saw the 76$ only to discover that this was a real post unlike the spam that occasionally appears on the site. I am a well oiled machine at avoiding spam.
The presentation of this news made my day.
Change of publisher. Skullgirls was being published by Konami, but won't be in the near future. The new publisher is Autumn Games. Konami requested their copy to be removed from PSN and Xbox Live for legal reasons most likely.
Skullgirls is here to stay, it just might be missing in action for a week or two during the end of December. This is because Konami didn't notify the Skullgirls team about the request for takedown. Reverge Labs now has to go through Sony...
Agreed.
Agreed. I was worried when I purchased The Binding of Isaac bundled with the Wrath of the Lamb that the difficulty jump would be detrimental since you can't disable it on Steam. However, the game is designed to be short, so it makes sense to learn by dying. Not every game needs to keep you alive to enjoy a cinematic experience. This is an arcade game at heart which will punish you by design.
I always love the fact that ESRB censors all the swear words in their little rating synopses. Too comical.
Alan Wake came out on the PC, so cross your fingers for a PC release.
Unfortunately it will very likely take a long time before we see emulation of a PS3 since clock speed increases have stagnated in the computing realm over the past decade. It'll take some software wizardry to write an emulator that works on modern (future) multi-core architectures.
As for the PS2, PCSX2 has given new life to my much-too-large back catalog of PS2 games. Nothing like rendering everything at resolution 6 times the size of the original with anti-aliasing.
I would throw Sony an extra $100 to purchase a backwards compatible PS4. Heck, I bought my 60GB PS3 for $500 way back when I did simply because I heard they were phasing out backwards compatibility in the 80 GB PS3. It was thanks to that backwards compatibility that I finally got around to playing Metal Gear Solid.
Bad analogy, most Blu-ray players are backwards compatible with DVDs.
I don't know how I ever emptied my wallet before this add on. Thanks to this I can now give Gaben even more money!
